I have served on the Hyams board of directors since 2010, and we have evolved steadily from being an ally to community to seeing ourselves as part of the justice movements. This article shares our latest experience with the Building Movement Infrastructure Project, which is co-designed and implemented with our movement partners. Thanks to Executive Director Lisa Owens for leading us into co-creation. And thank you to Nonprofit Quarterly and senior editor Steve Dubb for getting this piece published.
